THE LOWDOWN: Creating a brochure to sell new homes involves so much more than simply describing the properties available.  The brochure has to sell a lifestyle. The copy should put the reader inside the home, nipping to the local shops, travelling to work and experiencing all the local leisure facilities. It just involves a bit of research, an understanding of the target market and some creative messaging. The new Bishopfield development had a few features which made it different to other competing developments, making my job easier. The trick is to ask lots of questions – some of which are answered in the two sample spreads below.
