THE LOWDOWN: The Crescent is part of a larger housing development in Swindon which houses a collection of high-end apartments. The client asked me to write copy for a short brochure to promote the properties, including its signature penthouse apartments (see the last page below). Sounded great. Only problem was: I had less than four hours to come up with something. Not one to let a challenge pass, I set about finding out as much as I could about the development, the apartments and the setting. I then translated this information into a narrative that put the reader inside the apartment. By the time I'd finished, I wanted to move in myself!
