THE LOWDOWN: The care and support arm of a large housing association wanted to promote its range of services to care commissioners like local authorities and health providers. The aim was to position the business as a leading provider in the sector and to secure more contracts. I knew that the content needed to give the reader a true sense of the size of the organisation, its track record and the expertise it had built up over the years. I decided that the style needed to take a narrative (almost editorial) approach with examples of how services were being delivered on the ground.
